About Me
With nearly two decades of experience, I am dedicated to providing high-quality counselling and psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families. My professional background includes a decade of lecturing in nationally accredited counselling courses at Glenelg Hospital.
In 2009, my book series, 'Mum and Dad are Separating,' was published in England, winning an international book award and being awarded 'Highly Commended' by the prestigious British Medical Association.

My Clinical Experience
Over my career, I have worked clinically with hundreds of clients facing a broad range of issues. My areas of expertise include:
-
Relationship & Family: Couples counselling, divorce counselling, child-counselling, family therapy, and positive parenting.
-
Emotional Wellbeing: Grief and loss, emotional wellbeing, stress management, anxiety disorders, fears and phobias, and resolving childhood trauma.
-
Personal & Professional Growth: Career counselling, work and career coaching, resilience and coping, motivation and goal achievement, and positive communication.

My clients come from all walks of life. I have supported high-level executives seeking a more relaxed work-life balance, couples navigating challenging relationship dynamics, and individuals eager to break recurring patterns in their romantic relationships. I've also worked with countless couples stuck in frustrating arguments and hundreds of children and young people through family therapy.
I am passionate about helping clients just like you—people who are doing well but want to improve a specific area of their life. I offer a warm, understanding, and supportive space, and I look forward to working with you.
